
Naturally Grown & Wild Harvested Botanicals
We are passionate about local food, and that includes local medicine! Our land is abundant with amazing plants for nourishing and supporting health. In addition to cultivated culinary and medicinal herb gardens, the diverse land where we farm and live is rich in wild healing plants. We are a Botanical Sanctuary through the United Plant Savers.
All of our herbal products feature plants that are either organically cultivated on the farm or sustainably wild harvested from our land. The herbs are harvested by hand at peak vitality and processed in small batches in our licensed Farmhouse Kitchen. Any additional ingredients used for extraction are certified organic, such as certified organic cane alcohol, certified organic olive oil, or certified organic apple cider vinegar. The slow rendered tallow is from our grass-fed beef. We craft tinctures, medleys (tincture blends), elixirs (tinctures blended with herbal infused local honey), teas, oils, salves, whipped tallow creams, vinegars, and hydrosols from the herbal bounty. We sell herb transplants in the spring and processes fire cider, elderberry syrup, and seasonal ferments in the fall.
Our herbs are tended throughout the stages of growth and seasons with love. The resulting herbal products are unique in being crafted on the land where the plants thrived. Care is infused at every step, from seed to bottle.
We host herb walks and other herb related events sporadically during the season.
